Private Instruction

From basic fundamentals to advanced skill development, we offer private instruction to football players of all skill levels. Our coaches are experienced former collegiate and professional players who will be matched up with players accordingly. Instruction is available by appointment to individuals, small groups, or teams.

For additional football training, our year-round Sports Performance training programs will improve your speed, power, agility, explosiveness and competitive confidence. Whether you are a youth or professional football player, the benefits of sports performance training can easily give you the competitive edge!

Coach Bios

Lou George

Lou has been a Personal Trainer for several years and is currently an Elite Performance Coach at Top Dog Sports. He received a scholarship to run track for the University of Mississippi but chose instead to walk on to the football team at North Carolina Central University. At NCCU, Lou became a 4 year starter at safety and was named All-American his Junior and Senior years. During his Senior year Lou was also named NCCU Student Athlete of the year. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education.

 

Brandon Lynch

Brandon joins Top Dog Sports with a great deal of playing and coaching experience. After starring at Middle Tennessee State University as a defensive back and earning a degree in history, Brandon went on to play in the NFL. While at MTSU he earned honors such as Defensive Player of the Week, and Best Defensive Player in the Sun Belt Conference. Following his NFL career with the Colts and Titans, Brandon spent time in the Canadian Football League, where he won a Grey Cup Championship ring. Brandon serves on the Board of Advisors for the Scholar Baller organization, and is also involved with the YMCA as a motivational speaker.

 

Sterling Brown

Sterling played college football and baseball at the University of Richmond where he was twice named to the All-Conference team as a wide receiver, and once honorable mention All-American. He remains in the top 5 in several receiving categories (3rd in career receptions). Coach Brown coached at Florida State University as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and worked with several all-americans, several professional players, and one super bowl champion.
